On June 4, JobHopin and Solana co-organized the Solana Web3 Coding Camp: Vietnam Edition award ceremony. This is Solana’s highly-anticipated Learn-To-Earn series that attracted over 700 applicants from around the country, marking the blockchain giant’s official entry into Vietnam.
After 8 weeks, 100 talented developers have graduated from the camp. Five of them would have a chance to visit Solana’s HQ in San Francisco on a fully-funded trip, and a total of $100K in prizes and scholarships were awarded to outstanding teams and individuals. Among 24 projects built on Rust, 3 winners were crowned:
- MaiusPay – First place
- The Astroverse – Second place
- SolPlay – Third place
On the award day, 200 distinguished guests showed up. Representatives from Solana Foundation came all the way from the US to meet and greet Vietnamese developers. The ceremony also welcomed representatives from industry-leading companies like Sentre.io, Solscan Pte. Ltd., FTX, Pegaxy, CyBall, Kyros Ventures, Ancient8, and more. Experts discussed in-depth about building on Solana and the growth playbook for Web3 founders.
